I am currently in network with United Health Care, Cigna, and Aetna.

However, please note that couples therapy and coaching are private pay only and cannot be billed to insurance.

I strongly believe therapy should be accessible to everyone, and I'm happy to discuss a sliding scale based on your income and financial circumstances.

Many out-of-network insurance plans still reimburse clients for a portion of session fees. I'm happy to provide a superbill and help you navigate that process.
